Driving light wiring HELP!!!!!
I am trying to get my Hella 500's to work. I had some hella 450's wired til yesterday and put the 500's on now I keep blowing fuses. The grounds are fine and I cant find any wire to metal touching. Any ideas? The wiring has been in for a while but nothing is coroded or anything. I just cant figure it out. HELP!!!!

I have then on a relay with a fuse and I have ran 100W lights on this setup before with no problem. Now they are just 55W bulbs.

are you blowing the fuse in the hot wire from the battery to the relay, or the fuse in the trigger wire from the hi-beam wire to the switch?

The hot wire is blowing the fuse. I dont have them run to the high beams or headlights at all for that matter.
