Drivers side fuse box -2001

This may be the most ridiculous thing i have ever asked. I need to replace fuse 9 in the drivers side fuse box, but my rt shoulder is all stitched up so I can't get in there. I have to talk the wife through it..ha ha ha. I can't find the box , and can't remember where it exactly is. And sticking the phone under there and looking around is no help. Is it in the left side kick panel or buried under the steering wheel or behind the dash trim..thanks

So Tobyblack...you are correct..I thought there was a fuse box buried under the steering wheel where the flasher relays and stuff were... that fuse box is on the right kick panel but i had it buried under a ton of duct tape because my wife complains about cold air through there in winter..found the block on the right side but no fuses were blown..see my NO CRANK-2001 for my fix ..thanks for correcting me
