Took off door panel trying to fix a wire to speaker and put door panel back on and now door won't lock. It has power locks and windows and I disconnected the wiring to push buttons on door panel and reconnected but everything else works just not the locking mechanism, any thoughts???

 

Make sure you reconnected the metal lock arm to the lock. It's also possible that you bent it getting it off the hinge.
