drive shaft probs
I have an 01 Cherokee with 152k and I've noticed recently that there is a wobble when I turn( like mini death wobble). I checked all the steering components and both hub assemblies but all seem fine. I decided to check the u joints and found a problem I don't know what to make of. The u joints are fine but where the shaft goes into the diff case is lose( It has play in turning and can be wiggled up,down, right, left) is this the u joints or something else??

are you talking about the front axle shafts? not the drive shafts??
if your talking about your front axle shafts, if you can move them around, then chances are the ujoints need to be replaced.
you'll have to pull your front brakes and wheel bearings to pull the shafts out, then you can properally diganose your problem.
there pretty common to wear out, i'd just replace both.
good luck.
