drive line issues

Default drive line issues

My boyfriend has a 2000 cherokee that he put a 3.5 lift on. since then there is a vibration in the jeep and now a humming noise. he thinks it is coming from the drive line but he is not sure. can anyone give us sugestion on what to look for or where we can go to get help. he has looked it over and cant find anything out of wack.
help please this is making him crazy.

If he got a good lift kit it souldnt be a driveline problem but if it was a cheap kit then the pinion angles could be wrong. Could also be bad U-joints or something loose in the front end.Both are easy to check, for U-joints just grab the drive shaft and see if it is loose at all, if so replace U-joints.On the front end you can usualy just look under the front at all moving parts while someone moves the stearing back and forth and look for anything that has any play in it.If none of that works just post your question here again, maybe with a little more detail and you will usualy find the problem sooner or later.
