Default Drive line function

I just have a question about TCase and Pinion. I attached videos below, is this normal movement for both tcase and pinion?

It's a 96 xj, automatic 4.0.
Having issues where it sometimes slams into gear when shifting out of park or into drive.

Anyone? Thoughts? Back to work tomorrow, wanted to see if there is anything I can get working on today...

Looks fine to me. Check the motor mounts, transmission mount and driveshaft u-joints for play.

Ill bet your motor mounts need replacing. Don't forget to check the mount-to-block bolts for shearing and proper thread depth.

Thank you.

I did just replace the motor mounts last week. The old ones weren't too bad, but doing all I can to eliminate anything easy. I changed the t-case mount sometime last year.
