Drilled a hole in my radiator! Opps
Rolled a hole in my fan guard to zip tie it together pushed too hard and drilled the radiator. I put some JB weld in the hole. U think it'll work? Or will it melt.

Sad to say, but the only way is to replace it unless there is a Radiator repair shop where you are that can weld/repair it for you.

Sounds like a job for your local radiator shop. They DO sell these screw hole repair deals...for a water tank I think. It's nothing but a screw with a flange and a neoprene-type washer. You drill your hole, (your 1/2 way there!), then just screw it in. The radiator is probably too thin though, you would want to put a nut inside! (and use a different screw.)

I got a hole in the radiator core on my car on a very new radiator and so wasn't in the mood to rip it all back out again.
I used some of the Leak Stop stuff sold at your local auto parts store in combination with injecting A LOT of Red RTV Silicone into the hole.
Its held for a few months now and this is on a pressurized system.
I'm not saying this is the best way to fix it, I will replace the radiator when I get around to it, but for now it is working.

you could braze it with aluminum brazing rod. but if you never did it before bring it to someone. you can make it worse. the core is very thin compared ti the tanks
