Default draw in dome fuze . start where?

I have a 89 cherokee pioneer, had it 5 yrs now, it had an issue with lack of power so i changed the control modual thing thats close to distributor.
well during that time the battery was draining dead overnight, well changing the control module extended the drian time to almost a week each time plus it ran better, like it should, then the drivers door electric
window stopped working so i changed door, all seemed good exept the battery draining i bought a new battery and with the fuze to dome out
the battery doesnt go dead, but since pulling dome fuze now no other
electric windows work exept drivers door and radio is on that circut and
doesnt go on now either, ya im goin on and on. my question is anyone else had to pull the dome to stop battery drain ,and are there any typical areas to look or am i chasing ghosts. cause the budget battery person checked for drain and i was told with the dome fuze out there was now drain, anyways anyone know what to check.
grasius amigos mucho appreciato
