Downstream O2 sensor wiring help
Somewhat unusual request here, but I need some wiring help here. My 1996 4.0L XJ resides on a ranch, and I have recently had some rodents chew through electrical wiring. I have been able to repair most of the wiring myself, but I am stuck on the downstream (post-catalytic converter) O2 sensor wiring. This has resulted in a CEL. The wires are completely gone from the back of the sensor, and I have these four wires now, which I have cut bluntly with plans to attach to a new sensor. I will have to solder the original wires to the new sensor wires as the factory connector between these wires and the sensor has been chewed away and is nonexistent. Can someone help me connect these wires to the correct new O2 sensor wires? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

From the 1996 FSM (actual hard copy) for the Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor:
Gauge/Color : Function
18 DG-OR : System B+ voltage from ASD relay
16 BK-WT : Ground
18 TN-WT : Sensor Signal to cavity A25 at PCM
18 BK-LB : Sensor Signal Ground provided by PCM at PCM cavity A4
I don't know if these colors match exactly what you have found, but they are what the FSM shows in the wiring diagram for the downstream heated oxygen sensor.
