Default Door won't open...

I just purchased a XJ last Saturday. Loving everything about too. I do have a problem though. The passenger door on the Driver side won't open. I pulled the door panel off and everything is moving. The only way to open the door is to put a flathead in and pop the latch. I sprayed the crap out of it with WD-40 and it still won't pop with working it all around.

I just went out a second ago and now the Driver door won't unlock from with the key.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this

Thats a good point. The key id pretty worn, now that I think about it. Thanks.

It's a 1995. I did search. Could only find stuff about the Lock. Not the latch mechanism.
