I searched and couldn't find any reference....you might get some advice from a body shop... Also back then, they hadn't really used trim tape or adhesives which may be something you could look into. Then there is always the salvage yard, but unknown if by the time you got the clips out whether they would be usable or not.

So after extensively looking at part numbers and correct names for things I found someone on eBay who makes 3D printings of these clips.

According to buyer reviews they’re not perfect but considering they’re otherwise impossible to find it’s a done deal.
Modern adhesives are also a good option I think I’ll consider combining the two.
