I want to take off the driver/pass. door panel. Everything goes good till I get to the part by the side mirrors. This part just sticks, I've tried pulling a little harder. Any special tricks....? btw if it helps, '92 with manual mirrors.

Once you are clear of your door latch and pwr window switches you can slide the panel to the rear by a few inches and it should lift right off.

I think you have to lift the panel upward as well, it hangs on a little lip where the window retracts into the door.

 

There are plastic tabs that hold the panel to the door on the sides and bottom and a lip on the top that it slides into. I would recommend using a thin scraper like this: http://www.academyfloor.com/images/28539scraper.JPG except only about an inch wide. Use it to pry the panel off and then it slides out of the lip in the top pretty easy. Takes me less than a minute to do it
