Door lock problems
I have a 96 with power door locks and windows.
When the doors are locked and hit unlock the driver side back door doesn't unlock sometimes you end up having to do it manually and it's sometimes harder then it should be to unlock it any ideas what's going on here

I don't really know. If that door had been used allot, the wires that go from the door through to the body have flexed allot. Bending wires back and forth makes them break. Inside the insulation sometimes you can feel that it aint' right.
Besides that, switches just go bad, sometimes doors are worse. If that switch has ever been on a door that has been left open in the rain, it got wet.

If it works automatically at all, it's not the motor.
Pull the door panel and lube everything that moves, or is supposed to move, with PB Blaster or spray white lube.
Not WD-40, it's not a lubricant.

Agree ^ WD 40 is not a lubricant. Story is, it's the army's 40'th try at a Water Displacement product. Might have stronger capillary action than water, thus pushing it out of small places where you don't want water. (like a wire connection, or your WD-40 test sponge).
Aresol "chain and cable lube" shoots a jet that can lube stuff inside the door through the crack with the window all the way down. You can bean the window crank mechanism, the latch and more.
