Door jam switch

Door jam switch
I have a 95 4.0L sport 4door.
I was woundering if there is a way to put door jam switchs in the rear doors so the dome light comes on when the doors are open.
Mine has some rubber plugs were they are on the front jams. I looked in the holes today with a flashlight and could not see any wires or conectors.
Another question is how do you remove the rear dome/cargo light so that it can be replaced or fixed. the on off switch on the unit broke and needs to be fixed.
