I have a bad door hinge on the drivers side of my 94 2 door, I am hitting bone yards looking for 2 doors that have electric windows ( to roll up fast since I go in and out of Baltimore city) Mine are hand crank now and the drivers side hinges welds are very bad and make the drivers side door sage . I just need it to get through the Md inspection. I gut the lower parts of the hinges to get the door on and off easer , but now it seems like it sags more. I added washers to the lower bolts on the hinges to raise the other end of the door, but this old trick did not work this time.

 

My drivers door was sagging bad. and thats after someone "fixed" it. They cut the top hinge off and did some voodoo. I took lots of wood and a bottle jack to practicaly jack the whole side of the jeep up on the bottom of the door. I figured if it broke I could fix it right, the second time. it didnt break just small cracks. The door lined up 100% better. Then I welded it up properly. It worked.
