Can someone direct me to a part number for new hinge pins and bushings for my driver door? It is for a 1995 xj. Thanks

On one of my 90's I drilled what I guess was 7mm out to 5/16, then sawed the treads off a bolt, as my new pin. A real pain and came out a bit ugly looking, but works great! IIRC the original was actually hollow, just like the pic of the door check pin rockauto shows.
I did take the time to look on Rockauto. They have the door check pin, but not the hinge. I'd bet that pin only comes with the hinge, which being welded to the body....in any case maybe a call to a dealer might make sense.
And HEY, people call ME Big D. (but I'm only 6-1 and 290) go figure...

Interesting. Rockauto has Dorman 38434 listed as the "check pin" Maybe they are the same? > http://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/j...heck+pin,11408

Supper..I had wondered, since the photo shows it , well what's the word, "compresses", even though it says 1/4" IIRC that is hellof close to 7mm, which is what I remember being in my 90. Only the length is what put me off suggesting the OP might try it. The "business" part of my hinge pin is 2" from top to bottom, on a 90. If a Dorman 38434 does that, that would be nice.

Maybe someone has something better.
I have for certain two Stanly "Wonder Bar's", (maybe a third). If I wanna hammer (UP) on something the hammer won't reach I might fit the bar in there, then hit it. Finger's crossed--lubed and heated .....
Once a Vice-Grip is on it that could be hammered also, even with the bar....

Crown 55008099 put new pin on old pin with long 3/8 extension female end down and hammer old pin out while new pin goes in. Moving door around ill be necessary to realign new pin.

A description from an Ebay seller says up to 90(on that Crown #)...Looks like in 91 Chrysler changed it, probably no longer 7mm? Or? IDK...

I just double-checked my 90. Indeed I drilled it out to 5/16, which is a hair, (about 1mm) larger than 7mm. I'd hazard a guess that if Chrysler changed to SAE, in 91, they went to 5/16"....If that is the case maybe a guy could just drive a bolt, (threads sawed off), or some stock in there, (driving out the old), and stick a fork in it. (it's done.

Do u mean hinge pins or check strap pins? For the hinges I actually used clevis pins. Probably going to replace them with actual replacement pins that come with bushings as my passenger door is flopping around again and I will be swapping doors soon and I'm not sure wether I'm going to leave them as removable. If you do want your doors removable then clevis pins are the way to go. Might even be possible to undersize the pin and find bushings at the hardware store, or drill out the holes if needed. I have seen kits sold as replacements that don't come with bushings also. They just have splines under the head that allow them to fit snug. Removing the factory pins is a bit of a pain. They need to be cut or ground.
