first off this is a new name for Stuck-n-mud, got locked out, and found that its easier to start a new account then wait until the end of time to be able to log back in


so anyway my dome lights wont turn off. so I pulled the light bulbs out ( except the 2 under the dash ) and woke up to a dead battery. seeing as it was a pretty new battery I jumped it and then swaped it into the 89' and bite the bullet to buy this



so I'm wondering if anyone can help with my issue of the lights not turning off

 

Did you try turning the **** for the headlamp switch?
Why were you locked out?

 

yep tried that over and over
got locked out cause ??????? password or incorrect user name. spent most of the night trying to fix it / log back in........ tried again in the morning, still NO, so........

 

Try looking up the rear dome light. There is a push button switch there that likes to go bad. I had to replace mine. I disconnected it to get the lights to shut off. Also check all of the door switches.
