Default Does this XJ need new lifters?

My daughter bought a 99 XJ. Before purchasing we knew there was a coolant leak. After eliminating everything else I removed the head. The 0630 head is cracked. Got a remanufactured 7120 head from Engine Rebuilders (local shop). This XJ engine has a distributor.

I want to know what people think of the lifters. I can't tell if they are fine, put them back in or they need replacing? If they do need replacing, camshaft too?

Yes, but the cam probably needs replacing too. The wear pattern shows they are rotating, but they should be smooth and not grooved.
