Default Does wheel width matter for a 31X10.50R-15?

I bought a set of 31X10.50R-15 last year and just put them on the stock wheels. Now I'm getting some new wheels, but I don't know what I need to consider with it comes to the width.

I run a 15x8 with a 3 3/4" BS, 33.12:50x15 with 3" lift.

Yes that's plenty as is 3 3/4" it depends on who makes the wheel as to what the BS will be. I have had both on mine they were the same for my app.
