does anyone know where this plugs in

does anyone know where this plugs in i have it hanging from my steering colum and i cant find now where it plugs in my blinkers flashers still work but i cant find where it goes under the dash

dont really look like a factory plug

Looks just like an aftermarket cruise control plug. Can you show a pic of the cruise control arm and does it work?

cruise control works thats whats confusing me could this be a plug in for something with a standard different steering coloum its out of a 89 not a 91 but everything is working except my overhead console lights and temp compuss
