do miles rack up while in tow?

Default do miles rack up while in tow?

Jeep im checkin out has been in tow for quite a while behind an rv. do the miles still get counted if in nuetral?

if no ele then the dig speed dont work... im guessin... so that means if it shows 50k miles... it could have 150k miles on the suspension...but not the motor and just a few peaces in trans....

I do believe....

I would agree with this. Even though it hasn't been driven, it's still been in tow - so there is still wear and tear on the chassis and most of the components of the driveline.

why we got jeep ... to tow behind the old rv we got that im redoing...will be going thew the front and rear dif.. .and i might just pop drive shafts out of the dif yokes and tie them up ... that way u joints and transfer case aint turnin...

exactly. I think that is what it recommends in the owner's manual. some people just pop the vehicle in neutral and go....that's pretty dangerous for some vehicles.

had a old used car salesman.. retired.. bring me a ford v6... asked me to see why it didnt run.. said he forgot to leave in nutral ...

It sucked the intake inside the motor litlery lol was wild looking..

Holy smokes! I bet that was wild looking! I can't even begin to imagine what that would look like...
