Yes, it leaks oil! At least it looks like it. 99 XJ

If you have oil in your dist you've got some serious problems. Your valve cover or oil filter adapter is where it's likely leaking from.

Possible but not probable. Do you have any misfiring? And most important, have you taken the cap off yet?

driving oils gonna blow towards back of motor whats wet in front of dist ?

There was no oil inside distributor.
there is no misfiring, but slow start in the morning.

I'm guessing it's your valve cover. Best thing to do is clean up the engine compartment and keep an eye on where it's coming from. If it is the valve cover gasket it's a simple job. In all reality most oil leaks are not going to cause problems, as long as you frequently check and top off the oil, if anything it ensures you always have good oil.
