Default Distributor Bearing Mods

Had lots of play on the distributor shaft 96 4L engine, I know I should havebetter things to do but seeing as I had a day off left to my own devices Ihatched a plan to replace the plain bushing with a ball race, involved a bit oflathe work but ended up fairly easy, starts and runs fine also idles a little smoother, hopefully that's an end to the chewing upof distributor caps and rotors, interested to know if anyone else has triedthis and if it stood the test of time.

Cant see anything from the outside, not even when you take the cap off, would have to strip the distributor to take some, I know should have taken them whilst I was doing it. Can sketch something if anyone wants to give it a go.
