i have a 99 cherokee and i just found out my winsheild washer fluid refuses to spray out the front or back. i pull the lever and the winsheild wipers start, just no fluid, same goes for the back....sounds like the motor? i kinda would like to have my winshield clean when off roading, its nice to be able to see where im going! any opinions guys, thanks!

I would say test the sprayer motors. They are located on the bottom of the washer tank, which is accessed on the late models by removing the wheel well plastic on the drivers side.
A simple test light or multimeter should work, unplug the wire from the motor, hook in the leads, and get a friend to push the buttons, if theres power more than likely its the motors.
They just pull out and push back in, easy to swap out, just empty the fluid tank if you dont want to waste all the fluid if you change the motors!
