Hello all,

While in the process of changing out the rear axle bearings, I removed the cover and found an information plate bolted to the right side. It has the numbers stamped on it:

53009805
3.55 5484-2

I thought due to the shape of the cover the differential is a Chrysler 8.25. What does this information provide us?
