Did exhaust part rust off? see pics

Hi all,
I have had a rattle sometimes that sounds like the exhaust pipe shaking. See the pics. It looks like there was more metal to this hanger and the last 185K miles rusted part of it off?

How do I fix this?

Looks like the clamp just broke.

Cut that clamp off and replace it. They're like 2 bucks at the parts store.

Pull it off and get a new clamp.

Real easy.
