As it says. Delayed power steering. Once warm go to turn and it lags to the point I force the steering wheel without power and all the sudden it works and goes full lock. Had the power steering box bolt broken and just snapped and found that out with a bang.. replaced it and got wheel alignment and problem still persists only nicer and road worthy lol.

New belt. Good fluid. 96 xj ho

Btw the adjustment screw in the box is seized.
