So, I have the opportunity to buy either a 1998 ZJ limited with the inline 6 and 160,000 Km's for $8,200 CDN or a 2001 XJ sport with the inline 6 with 130,000 Km's for $9,900 CDN, I'll be doing alot of hwy driving and little off-roading (i do plan to lift whichever one i get this summer though), so I'm just wondering what your guys opinions are ... I love the XJ for its size and more rugged look but the price and the options on the ZJ are hard to compete with.

 

i would go with the XJ because the ZJ uses more electronic components which can be problems down the road. also the XJ has lower miles and is a newer vehicle. but then again im very partial to the XJ
