Whenever I hit a bump in my cherokee I here a clunk and its followed by a wobble so nasty i have to pull off the road to get it to stop. Im thinking its my upper and lower Ball Joints. Its not the track bar I just replaced it with an adj one from RCX and have it adjusted properly. Any help would be nice

 

In most cases it is the track bar, but since you "adjusted it properly" it could be anything from ball joints, tierods, steering stabilizer, easy way to tell if the ball joints are bad is to jack up the front tires and try to shake one back and forth on top if it moves they're bad, then try the other, ball joints should have no inner to outer movement, just left to right for steering
