Do a search for death wobble. There are just far to many things that cause death wobble. Worn out steering components are the number one cause so you need to systematically check these components. Crapped out tires cause it but they generally just shed light on existing suspension problems once they've worn to the point of no longer being able to mask the problem (ask me how I know). You'll get more info by just doing a search here in the forum.

haha man youre about to get smoked by someone on here. they hate death wobble threads... ill just tell you my death wobble story and maybe it helps you. i lifted my 2000 3in and bam death wobble even after alignment. my bushing on the axle end of my trac bar was worn so i replaced the whole trac bar. i kinda needed it anyways with the lift. but that didnt solve it. i drove around dodging holes and keeping it below 50 for about 2 weeks. i got paid and figured i would get tires for the hell of it. i needed bigger tires with my lift so i went with some 31x10.50r15 goodyear authority at's. problem solved. i guess my tires set it off. you can get someone to shake the steering wheel side to side for you and get under to see if anything looks loose or has play in it. also if the tires are worn you need to replace them anyway so might as well... it could fix it like mine. if you have any questions just hollar... im no pro but ill try to help you out.
