"Death wobble"?
Recently, i took my '99 jeep cherokee to a shop to get an estimate on rear shocks. I was told that the front stabilizer bar would need replaced with new bushings, and the tie rods are starting to go. The mechanic said that with a jeep, they get a "death wobble" rocking back and forth after a bump, and that usually means a lot of front end work. Its got about 165,000 miles on it, and the body needs a passenger floor pan replaced. I was also told that the radiator would need replaced since its "leaking at its seams" according the mechanic.
Now, going to real jeep people, is this guy telling the truth, or is it just something that i personally have encountered? My family has owned a jeep before this and only had a problem with a cv joint. My wife's family collects antique jeeps, ( and have new ones), and haven't heard of it.

Yes, the jeep is completely stock, except for different tire size (i think).
The mechanic showed me the bushings and they had some give to them and not what they should be. Should i replace the tie rods now along with the bushings and stabilizer bar and hit it all at once? Also, saying he is correct about these problems, will this fix my DW? (I hope.)

What front end bushing set is the best? What year ZJ tie rod would you get? I have a 98 and am looking to upgrade my front end suspension this spring. All the old bushings must go.

I believe its poly performance that sells a nice kit for the bushings.
Just go to advance auto and get a V8 1996 Grand Cherokee Tie rod, Tie rod end, and the adjuster sleeve.
Let me know if you need help I can usually get a coupon code to work for it all if you order online.
