Hi, first time posting hopefully have this in the right section.
99 Cherokee SE I6.
I am thinking it is a ground, but not sure where to look and what Color would the wire be?.

Also, I would like to put a factory roof rack on this jeep, it came with none...Any idea what I would need and where to get the inserts. I have the Roof Rack already and screws.

I do not have any dash lights or centre console lights...any idea's? I don't have the gauge cluster...indicator lights work, fuel gauge,speedometer, odometer all work but no dash lights to see fuel gauge and Speedometer... Thanks

 

Have you tried the dimmer on the switch?

 

Checked fuses? Twist the headlight switch and see if they are Just dimmed all the way down.

So you did not know that you can dimmed the lights from the headlight switch.

 

yeah I new that...did check my fuse again...didn't look close enough lol long story short "fuse" Thank You, made me look closer lol

 

Changed the check engine bulb in the cluster, No gauge lights or console lights, Thought maybe I jacked up the headlight switch removing the cluster so replaced that as well, no dice with that. Any suggestions?

 

Sparked when wires touched now have no. Dome lights...fuses ok.. dimmer switch is working also..thanks
