i just did this about a week ago, i didnt need any different parts. bolted right up.

What about the U bolts? The axel tubes are bigger on the 825

Yeah u bolts and grab the u bolt plates too,I just asked this same question earlier this week,getting ready to do the same swap,the gears have to match the front axle of course too.In my case 3.55s

Ill tell you right now, it depends on a few things as im in the process right now. My d35 shaft is too short but thats probably cuz im lifted 5in in the rear. U need wider u bolts for the 8.25 and ubolt plates..i muscled 8.25 ubolts into d35 plates with a huge slide opem pliar. As it sits now im short 2 inches and pronly have to get a sye..not sure what cheap way out there is...
