I'm looking for help on re gearin my front dana 30 on my 92 cherokee. Wut gears. Reversed or wut and other things i would need. Please let kno wut u think.

 

if its a high pinion, then it takes reverse cut gears. low pinion takes standard rotation.

for anything higer than 4.10, the stock carrier will work. for anything lower (numerically higher) ie. 4.56/4.88 you will need the carrier for 4.10 and lower.

find a good gear guy. Its not the kind of thing i would recomend "trying to figure out" buy good gears (yukon, ect.) and a master install kit. If you are anywhere near the charlotte, nc area i can refer you a great gear guy who would be much cheaper than any shop.
