Default Dana 30 inner seal

So i flooded my XJ the other day and of course had water in the front diff. If the seals keep the oil in but let water in too are they still good?

In my experience with my Dana 44 in my old Ford the new seal's kept oil in and water out

It's probably worn out there supposed to keep water out too lol make sure you clean the tubes out when you change them

I agree. A small wire brush and or a scotchbrite pad works well to clean the inside of the tube.
