Default Cylinder Head swap?

Be done a little research and from what I can tell is that the TUPY head is best for my 2000 XJ. My question is the early to mid 2000's grand cherokee and wrangler 4.0 heads a direct swap? Would I be better off to bite the bullet and just buy a new or at least a refurbished one?

TUPY heads came on 2002-2004 grand cherokees and 2002-2006 wranglers.

I got a tupy head for my 01 from the junkyard and put it on, ran perfect

I have a tupy from a 2004 grand Cherokee on a 2000 and it runs great, direct bolt on.
