Cut off issues....

Cut off issues....
Hey guys, got a question . As I am driving down the road I have normal RPMs,oil pressure,etc. and suddenly without warning it will cut off. No trouble codes show, it doesn't shutter or sputter it just dies. RPMs go to 0 and i am pulled off on the side of the road.
I have replaced the fuel filter, put a new fuel pump relay on it and have used fuel injector/gas treatment and it still is giving me probs. I am thinking it is definately an electrical problem b/c after I turn the ignition off for a few seconds and attempt to start it, it will start back up. Please help.
BTW my Jeep is a '95 Cherokee, 6cyl, 4.0L, 5 speed tarns.
