Not if you know how to do steel fabrication and welding...... If you don't know anything about metal work It could be a little difficult.

How technical in the deisn do you want to go??

What you need to do is:

-Get some 2x4 steel box(3/16").
-Open up the holes in the unibody so they slide into the unibody"frame rails"
-mark the holes to drill for the nut strip
-Figure out what size box you want to use (i suggest 2x5x3/16 or 3x6x3/16-just anything from 3/16" or 1/4" should be fine)
-mark the spots to cut thru the bumper once you figure out where it will sit.(you want the 2x4 box to go THROUGH the rear bumper. That way it will be anchored right) and you can make some D-ring shackle Mounts.
-figure out how you want to make your ends and cut.
-weld and box everything up
-use a flap disk to smooth out the welds
-prime paint mount and admire.

The best part is you dont need to "curve" the bumper like you would need to do with the front. The rear is flat.
