I don't know if I would call in wrenching but I try- good thing my son can give me a hand when I can't do it. Happens a lot. I've been shovel roof off and with 2 knee replacements ,dropping down or sliding off roof when getting off . It is only 5 ft drop but trying to use ladder to get down is hard to do. Too slippery. Damn knees don't bend as far anymore.
As far as wrenching I try, with atv, Jeep, snow sleds etc some stiff I can do. Some of the brain farts I do at times are something else. No ryme nor reason. It doesn't hurt to try others will usually bail you if things go wrong.
Get a good feeling when it does work. Usually suffer a little for doing things but its worth it. The arthritis stuff sucks. Ken U

I just 70 , not dead. There are a lot of others older than me and doing a lot
more. For instance the grandparents raising there grandchildren . Think it is
about time for me to quit on this thread. Besides the damn roof is calling. To all a GOOD day. Ken U.

My dad is 82 and still works on the Jeep with me. I don't want to patronize him especially since he's more skilled than I'll ever be but I have to stop him from doing some stuff. But for the most part he works on whatever the heck he wants.
