cruise power problem

Model: Cherokee
Engine: 4.0
cruise power problem
1990 Cherokee Larado cruise hasn't worked since i got it. There is no power at the plug were it plugs into lead to switch/turn signal. Haven't found a bad fuse in fuse block. Is there a relay or fuse somewhere else????
