1989. Does not work.
I'm going to check the vacuum lines and double check the wiring in the morning.

Everything on the column works. Wipers, blinkers, high beams, hazards, etc. Because of that, is the likely hood of the clock spring being dead slim?
I'm kind of not thinking that it is vacuum because all me heater settings worn.

I'm thinking it is more then likely an electrical issue somewhere.
