Alright, so 2 days ago I blew something up in the bottom of the motor. It was knocking, but I managed to get it into the garage.
So today I dropped the oil pan and I've got penny sized and smaller, thin shavings of metal all over the pan. The pistons and rods look fine, everything is still connected.
What do yall think it could be? I'm still halfway through taking apart what I'm going to take apart, but I figured id get a head start on posting this thread. I'm going to disconnect the rods from the crank and look at it next.
