Default CPS ... high altitude version?

im still workin on trackin down my stumbling, my CPS readings came back 197ohms and .2vac ... so the volts while cranking was way off.

now i go to the auto parts store and they ask me if my truck was the high altitude model .. how do i know for sure??

the owners manual seems to have been filled out by a couple in Colorado ... whats the difference? would it run poorly if i got the wrong one?

its only needed if youre in high altitudes. some people use it to squeeze a tad more timing out of the motor as well
