CPM testing at 45ohms???

CPM testing at 45ohms???
I've gotten my diagnostic check down to one code P1391-CMP sensor.
tested the resistance at 45ohms.
Took out cleaned with electrical parts cleaner... still at 45ohms.
So I guess I need a new one?

$87.99 at NAPA in stock.
Heading to NAPA.
Please someone stop me if you know better! Don't have the money to waste.
