Does anyone have a write up on how to get the cover off of the steering column i am trying to change my windshield wiper switch

 

Should just be two screws from underneath and then it just splits apart.

 

It's a GM column watch this vid up until about the 6 min mark, longer if you have a loose tilt column you want to repair.

 

Ok i guess it woulda helped if i said it was a 1990

 

There's a ridiculously helpful and detailed write-up in the XJ write-up section. It has awesome pictures and detailed steps of every single freaking piece in the column, including the wiper switch. Not sure what page it's on but it's in there lol
