alright so i got a 2000 xj with 183k miles on it and still going strong
i drive it everyday and here are the little problems i see going on with it
a small oil leak which is coming from the oil pan seal cause its bulged
then i am loosing engine coolant like i have to fill the reservoir every other week depending on how much i drive, but i don't see anything on the ground so could it be boiling over? or could it be the head is cracked and i gotta replace it
if i have to replace the head, what else should i replace cause the head will be taken off.
just a bit of insight on what i should do

thanks

Have you noticed any drop in oil pressure, or the starting of engine noises, like valve train noise?

If the rest of the motor is healthy, its definitely worth it to replace the headgasket. Not terribly hard, just a little time consuming. Someone will have to chime in on how to check if it is the actual head that is cracked, or just the gasket though.
Any oil in the coolant? Or fuel/water in the oil? A compression test would show for sure, and is pretty easy/cheap to do yourself or at a shop.

You won't know what the oil pressure is actually doing until you temporarily hook up a direct reading oil pressure gauge in place of the OP Sensor to test it.
Do a compression test on it before pulling the head.If you never done one http://www.popularmechanics.com/cars...-test-14912158
