The shop I'm working at only has a little 100 volt MIG, so it's just tacked for now. I know a guy that has a 220 volt that I'll use to finish weld it, but I couldn't tie his shop up for the length of time it took me to do the fab on it. I'll post up progress on the rear and the finish welding as it comes time.

Sorry buddy, it won't be on tomorrow, it's only tacked, and I have to buy hardware to install it. I was just using some grade 5 stuff there was at the shop to hold it in place. With the 3/8" bracket, I'll have to get longer bolts for the steering box, that would not be good to pull threads out of....YIKES!! You get to see a big hole in the grill, but no bumper!!! (SADFACE!!)

sweet bumper! I like how you kept it close to the jeep. My C4x4 sticks out pretty far,..
Only thing I change is I'd extend the bumper to go all the way underneath the turn signal and follow along the bottom of the fender

Materials for the front, rear, and the rock rails was about $250.00, plus $300.00 for the winch, I paid $550.00 for everything!! The most expensive peice was the 12'x2"x5"x3/16" tubing. That stick was $120.00, but it was purchased when the price for steel had really gone up!!
