Default Correct orientation of drum brake adjuster cable

I can't seem to find a solid answer for which way the adjuster cable is supposed to be attached to the self-adjuster lever. I feel like it doesn't make much difference in the operation. I can't find any detail on this in the FSM.

Orientation #1: Cable in front of adjuster lever and spring hook facing inward to vehicle.

Orientation #2: Cable behind adjuster lever and spring hook facing outwards.

I think there would also be a third orientation, with the cable behind the adjuster lever but the spring hook facing inwards.

As long as the link is present & attached I don't think it really matters, tension of the spring holds it on so it ain't gonna fall off.
