As I mentioned in another thread, I upgraded my cooling system with a radiator for a '91 XJ as well as hoses, recovery tank, 195 t-stat and water pump.
I was able to duplicate the conditions today that led to my first boil over: same outside temp, A/C off and sitting the the same drive through as before. The temp needle stayed just a hair shy of 210 the whole time.
I've noticed on "warm up", it will climb to about 220 then drop back to about 200-205 with the A/C off. With the A/C running however, it just goes up to about 205 and stops but, takes longer to get there.
