Default cooling system flush question

good afternoon everyone. i have a 97 4.0 auto cherokee. back in november it was stolen, it looks like they just off roaded it a lot. when i got it back i changed all the fluids except the diff fluid. now the problem im having is its running warm. i will be geting a new flowkooler waterpump shortley, and im going to flush the cooling system while im in there. i have read about the prestone flush and fill but, i was wondering if anyone used that calcium, lime, and rust cleaner. i was using it around my house and it works pretty good but im unsure about using it in the jeep. if there are any better ideas that any of you know about let me know. and also if you have tips and tricks on head gasket, and intake manifold gasket r&r i would appreciate it. thanks in advance

It should be fine to use the rust/lime/calciom cleaner except I dont know how the ware pump will handle it so do it before changing the pump and flush it with plenty of water afterwards and you should be fine.
